I got an expected error (Im not running as admin so I made myself admin and then tried again) still no luck. I looked at the destination where your shortcut points and the difference I can see is that the original nib-files are actually files but yours are displayed as folders. Im running Textmate Version 1.5.10 (1631) on 10.7.1 Lion, I tried to see if this GUI of yours required an older version or something but couldn't find anything regarding that. I would guess he has multiple editors and he's grouped them into a folder. Once you move TM into the root of Applications, everything works great - you can then move TM back into the subfolder and life is grand. I have it set up so that you basically select all the items with the colored labels then drag and drop the files onto the shortcuts. I haven't had anyone having problems so far...
